Barry Cawston and Al Deane have been working together as photographers
for over ten years. Working mainly on large and medium format, they print
their own Black and White and colour C-types giving the finished print
a characteristic Boris Baggs style.
One of their major clients is English Heritage for whom they have undertaken regular commissions since shooting the lead shots for EH's 'Buildings at Risk' registar in 1997. These include the high profile 'Inspired', 'Public Sculpture', 'Picture Palaces' and 'Changing London' campaigns. This year they are shooting images for EH's 'Heritage at Risk Campaign'.
